Video from Enon this morning shows an explosion near the Speedway on North Xenia Drive.
Matt Cowan filmed the above video as sparks flew near the street, and bystanders looked on.
Ohio Edison said a bird flew into a substation in Clark County, causing an issue, which resulted in a transformer blowing in downtown Enon.
Some power lines also were damaged during the incident, Ohio Edison said.
