Ohio Lt. Governor Jon Husted will be at University of Cincinnati today for the grand opening of its Digital Futures building, according to a press release from Governor Jon Husted’s spokesperson.

The new six-story building located in the Cincinnati Innovation District is a facility for interdisciplinary research with more than 20 labs that will work to solve problems in many fields such as:
- Cryptoeconomics
- Cybersecurity
- Human Performance
- Hypersonic flight
- Virtual and augmented reality

The grand opening event will consist of a ribbon cutting as well as remarks and demonstrations by researchers from labs led by UC faculty, the release said.
