Crews in Enon and Mad River Twp. are responding to various reports of damages following strong storms this afternoon.
A tree was on fire next to a transformer on Joseph Drive in Enon.
Crews responded to a structure fire, possibly weather related, in the area of Ross Road and Ohio 201.
EARLIER
Strong storms brought high winds and heavy rains, causing damage in several communities.
In Lewisburg, multiple trees were reported down along Ohio 503. Trees were reported down in the Eaton area as well.
In Montgomery County, multiple trees were reported down across the county: 2400 block Woodway Ave; 4300 block Saylor Street; 5500 Markey Road; Wampler and Merrimac avenues; 5100 block Basore Road; 3200 block Harvard Place; 5500 Frederick Pike.
Fire crews are responding to these various reports. In some cases trees were reported on fire and power lines were reported down, causing multiple power outages.
