LEBANON — UPDATE @ 11:01 a.m.:
Two utility workers have been hospitalized after suffering an electric shock at Warren County building in Lebanon Wednesday morning, according to police.
Medics responded to the building in the 300 block of East Silver Street, near East Warren Street, around 10:10 a.m. on reports of two workers who were injured by an electric shock.
Lebanon Police Sgt. Matt Weithofer said two workers were setting up a ladder on the side of the building when it slid and hit a power line and shocked the workers.
Emergency scanner traffic indicated CPR was performed on both workers.
Both were transported to Atrium Medical Center for treatment but their conditions were not released by police.
Representatives of the Occupational Safety and Health Administration have been contacted, Weithofer said.
