Police said Alexander was in the backseat of a car when he fired the gun, striking and killing Lewis.

Brandy Hunt was one of the multiple witnesses to the shooting that night.

“There was a woman there that kept telling him ‘No don’t die here, don’t die here, " she said.

Another witness Scott Sensil said he first heard what sounded like a group of people arguing then heard gunshots and watched as a car sped off. He said that he along with several people tried to help Lewis who had collapsed in the parking lot.

“My fiancé was taking his pulse in his neck. I wasn’t feeling a pulse and then another person showed and was rolling him over and I saw the gunshot in his chest and in his stomach,” he said.
