BEAVERCREEK — A man was sent to an area hospital after crashing his motorcycle in Greene County Saturday evening.

Beavercreek Police were dispatched to U.S. Route 35 westbound near Factory Road at around 9:05 p.m. on reports of an injury crash, city dispatchers said.
When officers arrived, they found one injured man requiring immediate medical attention after crashing his motorcycle, dispatchers informed. As a result, responding medics transported the victim to Miami Valley Hospital for further treatment. The severity of his condition was unknown at the time of questioning.
Officials refused to disclose information regarding how many vehicles were involved in the crash.
Observing initial traffic from crews across emergency scanners, News Center 7 was able to determine that U.S. Route 35 westbound was shut down for approximately two hours. During this time, they were able to transport the injured, assess the scene, and clean up the wreckage and possible debris.
