FAIRBORN — Three people have been forced from their home after a fire in Fairborn.

Fairborn firefighters responded around 9:30 p.m. to 17 W. Parkwood Ave on initial reports of a house fire.

Video and photos show damage at the house. Several firefighters were at the scene.
Homeowners were using a kerosene heater to try and thaw water pipes under the home, according to Battalion Chief John Sands.
The estimated cost of damages is between $30,000-$40,000.
Sands said no one was hurt, but the three residents were displaced.
