DAYTON — Dayton has emerged as one of the worst cities for housing availability.
A new report from relator.com ranked Dayton as the fourth worse city in the nation.

The report states as of May the amount of homes for sale in Dayton’s market has declined more than 20 percent from last year.
It’s not all bad news for Dayton — the report also showed Dayton remains one of the most affordable communities to live and purchase a home.
Sarasota, Florida led the nation with 128 percent more homes for sale than the year before.
