The Greene County A.C.E. Drug Task Force identified Nolan as a drug trafficker who operated in the Fairborn area, according to a release. A confidential informant was used to make purchases from Nolan on six different occasions in April 2021.
Nolan said he was selling Percocet, but testing showed that the pills were actually pressed Fentanyl. Nolan told the confidential informant that “selling percs (Percocet) and Cocaine, that’s my forte.”
Police executed a search warrant in May 2021 and recovered approximately 38 grams of Cocaine, multiple Amphetamine pills, several pills of pressed Fentanyl, digital scales, multiple cellular phones and nearly $6,000 in cash. Nolan and two female accomplices were arrested at the time.
“Drugs are the fuel that drive our criminal justice system. They destroy lives and families and cause an increase in crime,” David D. Hayes, Greene County Prosecutor, said in a release.
Nolan faces 27 1/2 years in prison.
