More development is in the works at Austin Landing in Miami Twp.
Ground was broken this morning on a five-story, $15 million office/retail tower at the 142-acre complex off of Interstate 75 at Austin Boulevard.
Meanwhile, developers said they are moving ahead with plans to also add a four- to -five-story residential building featuring more than 250 one- and two-bedroom units. The apartments are planned for a site just north of the office/retail building, RG Properties and Miami Twp. officials said.
