MIAMI VALLEY — CompuNet Clinical Laboratories is extending hours for some of its patient service centers to accommodate the growing demand for COVID-19 antibody testing and traditional lab testing.

“As physician offices experience an increase in patient visits – either in-office or virtual visits – the lab is experiencing increased test volumes,” said Teresa Williams, CompuNet COO in a release.
CompuNet's new Saturday hours, 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., are in effect at the following centers:
- Beavercreek, both locations
- Dayton, Berry Building at Miami Valley Hospital
- Kettering, both locations
- Middletown, Atrium Medical Center
- Springfield
- Troy, West Main Street location
CompuNet’s Miami Valley Hospital North and Upper Valley Medical Center locations are open 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Saturdays. Sunday hours, 8 a.m. to 12 p.m., are applicable to their Atrium Medical Center and Upper Valley Medical Center locations.
Staff and patients are required to wear a mask and social distancing must be observed in the waiting room. When the waiting room becomes busy, patients may be asked to wait in their car to limit the number of patients present at a time.
One adult companion is permitted to accompany the patient and children under 18 are not permitted unless they are the patient.

Each room will be cleaned after each patient visit and hand sanitizer will be available.
