WPAFB Tuesday Weather: Humidity continues, strong storms possible

The heat and humidity continues under partly sunny skies.

The high temperature is expected near 90 degrees, with a Heat Index of 95, Storm Center 7 Chief Meteorologist McCall Vrydaghs said.

Scattered storms develop today, mainly into the afternoon and evening. Some strong to severe storms are possible with damaging winds and heavy rain the primary threats.

Storms will end into the night, but patchy fog may follow. Overnight lows fall to a low around 70 degrees.
