COLUMBUS — Ohio State running back Miyan Williams is expected to play this afternoon against No. 3 Michigan, according to our news partner WBNS TV in Columbus.

Williams was hurt in Ohio State’s victory over Indiana two weeks ago.

The No. 2 ranked Buckeyes will be without eight players including running back TreVeyon Henderson and wide receiver Jaxon Smith-Njigba, WBNS reports.

Henderson returned in last week’s win against Maryland but spent the second half of the game on the sideline wearing a boot.

Smith-Njigba is still recovering from an injury he sustained in the Buckeyes’ season opening win over Notre Dame. He tried to play twice this season and but is not available for the fifth straight game, WBNS says.
