Indianapolis, Indiana — After 134 days in the NICU, little Hartley Moon is headed home with her parents.
She was born premature and weighed in at just one pound, four ounces by the staff at Riley Hospital for Children at IU Health North.
The team that took care of her held a special graduation send-off on Wednesday.
