HUBER HEIGHTS — A 911 call describes the moments after three people were shot at a Halloween party in Huber Heights late Saturday.
“Sit down, sit down!” the caller tells someone in the background at the start of the call, a scream can be heard.
The dispatcher asks the caller to tell her where he is.
The caller tells the dispatcher he is at the 8000 block of Trowbridge Way.

“What’s going on?” the dispatcher asks.
“I’m not really sure, I just walked around and heard a pop. We’ve got one shot in the leg...” the caller tells the dispatcher.
“You have somebody shot?! Did you just tell me you have somebody shot?” the dispatcher asks.
“Yes, they’re fine!” the caller replies.
The dispatcher tries to get more details from the caller.
“We need an ambulance now,” a woman can be heard saying in the background.
The caller tells the dispatcher that they were trying to get the gun away from someone when the gun went off.

The woman in the background gets on the phone and starts speaking to the dispatcher.
“I’m one of the victims that’s shot in the leg and the pinky. There’s another person shot in the head,” she said.
“How many people have been shot?” The dispatcher asks.
The woman replies three people are shot.
“Three different people have been shot?!” The dispatcher said.
The woman said they were trying to get the gun away from her boyfriend when it went off.
Her boyfriend also shot himself in the wrist, she alleges.
The call ends as police officers arrive on the scene.
All three people sustained non-life-threatening injuries, Huber Heights police told News Center 7.
A woman was shot in the leg, another in the head, and the male in the wrist.
All were struck by a single bullet, police said.
Charges are still pending in this case.
