DAYTON — Video submitted to News Center 7 shows the chaotic aftermath of a mass shooting in Dayton’s Oregon District Sunday morning.

In the video, which was taken inside of Ned Peppers, people are scrambling to move to the back of the bar after gunfire is heard in the background.
Nine people were killed during the incident and 37 were injured. Dayton police shot and killed the gunman, 24-year-old Connor Betts, of Bellbrook, outside the door of Ned Peppers.
