Warren County man gets prison time for superimposing child’s face on adult porn

WARREN COUNTY — A Lebanon man will serve nearly 4.5 years in prison after he superimposed the face of a girl under 12-years-old onto adults engaging in various types of sex, according to the U.S. Department of Justice.

Kenneth Laseur, 36, pleaded guilty to possessing obscene visual representations of the sexual abuse of children and was sentenced to prison late last week.

Laseur’s phone and computer were seized in 2018 after he was arrested for violating probation in Hamilton County for telecommunications harassment.

The pornographic images were found on those devices.

“Laseur possessed images of an actual minor female...that were modified to make it appear that the minor female was engaged in sexually explicit conduct,” the U.S. Department of Justice said. “Laseur superimposed the child’s face onto images of adults engaging in various types of sexual intercourse.”

The victim was known to Laseur.

According to authorities, Laseur admitted to his probation officer and the FBI that he used photo-shopping tools he found on the internet to create the porn.
