Shively is accused of punching and kicking his live-in girlfriend before holding a knife to her throat at a home in the 100 block of North Northampton Avenue Monday afternoon.
“Shively dragged the victim into a camper on the property and locked her inside utilizing a pad lock,” court records read. “She was held against her will inside the campber for at least six hours.”
The Montgomery County Regional SWAT team responded to the address and eventually arrested Shively around 6:20 p.m.

The victim was taken to the hospital and had injuries to her face, ears and arms, according to records.
Police said she was in stable condition following the attack.
Shively was previously charged Aug. 6 with domestic violence charge and was released from jail in late August on his own recognizance with an electronic home monitoring device. The trial in that case had been scheduled for next week.
Shively remained in the Montgomery County Jail on Wednesday and a temporary protection order has been issued.
