UPDATE: Statewide Amber Alert cancelled; Missing Franklin Co. boys located

FRANKLIN TWP., Franklin County — UPDATE @ 11:15 a.m.:

A statewide Amber Alert for two abducted boys was cancelled, only moments after it was issued.

The father accused of taking the boys has turned himself in and the boys are no longer missing, our news partners at WBNS-TV report, citing the Franklin County Sheriff’s Office. Deputies confirmed to the station the boys were dropped off and are with a family member.

Additional details were not released.

FIRST REPORT:

Authorities have issued a statewide Amber Alert for two abducted boys in the Columbus area, taken by a non-custodial parent, according to the Ohio Attorney General’s Office.

Zai Maj Page, 1, and Kai Zer Williams, 3, were taken by a man identified as a non-custodial parent from a Speedway gas station in Franklin Twp., Franklin County, authorities said in a media release.

Page is described as a black male, 1-foot tall, weighing 18 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a dinosaur jacket and pants, authorities said.

Williams is described as a black male, 3-feet tall, weighing 30 pounds with red hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing skeleton pajamas and socks.

Pictures of the children were not immediately released or available from authorities.

The suspect accused of abducting the children was identified as Zaiquire Kiyon Dajoure Page, 24. He’s described as a black male 5-feet 8-inches tall, 138 pounds with black hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a black jacket with a stripe down the side.

They are believed to be traveling in a blue Chevrolet Cruze car with Ohio license plate N260483.
