MIAMI VALLEY — Rumpke will begin collecting trash and recycling earlier than normal to get ahead of the forecasted snow and ice Thursday, according to several Miami Valley cities.
Collection will begin at 3 a.m. in at least the following locations where Rumpke picks up: Kettering, Vandalia, Trotwood, Xenia and Miami Twp.
Residents are asked to put out their trash and recycling out Wednesday night if they are scheduled for Thursday pickup.
