Road closures in Miamisburg today due to construction project

MIAMISBURG — A stretch of roads in Miamisburg will be closed for several hours today due to a construction project.

An asphalt resurfacing project will take place on Old Main and South Streets starting this morning at 8 a.m. and it’s expected to be done by 4:30 p.m. this afternoon, the city announced on social media.

Old Main Street will be closed between Hoover Avenue and the dead south of South Street.

Traffic will also be shut down on South Street between S. Main and Old Main Streets.

No vehicle traffic will be allowed access in those areas at that time, the city said.

Residents are asked to make alternative parking arrangements, such as parking on Hoover, Hillview, or Old Main (north of Hoover).
