DETAILED FORECAST:

TONIGHT: Clear skies and cold with temperatures falling into the lower 20s. Winds will subside, but a light breeze between 5-10 mph around daybreak Thursday will create wind chills in the teens, according to Storm Center 7 Chief Meteorologist McCall Vrydaghs.

TOMORROW: Very cold morning in the low 20s. Sunshine through the day but still cold. Highs in the upper 30s.

FRIDAY: A cold morning in the middle 20s then warming up for the afternoon. The wind increases and so do the clouds but staying dry. Highs for the day reach the lower 50s. Winds may gust up to 30mph. Rain showers arrive Friday day with a cold front.

SATURDAY: Starting in the 50s with some rain showers then drying out, but still windy through the day. Clouds decrease and temperatures drop from the 50s early to the 30s by the end of the day.

SUNDAY: Morning in the 20s again. Sunshine and a few clouds throughout the day. Cooler afternoon with highs in the low 40s.

MONDAY: Scattered rain showers. Gusty winds. Highs in the middle 40s. Showers arrive Monday night.

TUESDAY: Mostly cloudy with a few showers around. Highs in the middle 40s.

WEDNESDAY: Partly cloudy and colder on Wednesday. Highs in the middle 30s.
