MIAMI TOWNSHIP — A man accused of hurting another man in a stabbing has been formally charged.

Mario Ajak was indicted by a Montgomery County Grand Jury on charges of attempted murder and felonious assault.
As News Center 7 previously reported, on Jan. 29 Miami Township police were called to reports of two men fighting at a home on Orchard Run Road.

Ajak reportedly went to the victim’s home “to hurt and kill him,” according to court documents.
He allegedly used a pocketknife as well as “rocks he found on the ground” to hurt the victim.
The victim suffered cuts to his face, arms and legs.
He is set to be arraigned on Feb. 11.
