DELHI TOWNSHIP — The owner of a Cincinnati bar says he is refusing to show any NBA games in his bar until Los Angeles Laker and Ohio-native LeBron James is expelled from the league.

According to our news partners at 10TV, the owner of Linnie’s Pub in Delhi Township wrote in a Facebook post, “If anyone wants to watch an NBA game, don’t come to Linnie’s Pub. We will not air them until Lebron James has been expelled from the NBA.”

The stance to not show any of the NBA games comes after James posted a now-deleted Tweet saying “YOU’RE NEXT #ACCOUNTABILITY” along with a photo of Columbus police officer Nicholas Reardon following the fatal officer-involved shooting of 16-year-old Ma’Khia Bryant.

James said he took down the Tweet after he thought it was being used to fuel more hate and clarified his intention behind the Tweet.

The 4x-NBA MVP took to Twitter to respond to the owner’s refusal to air the games.

Bryant was shot and killed by Reardon on April 20. Reardon was working a one-officer car when he responded to 911 calls made about a fight outside a home in Columbus. Body camera video from the incident showed Bryant lunging at a woman with a knife before Reardon fired four shots at her.

The incident is currently under investigation by the Ohio Bureau of Criminal Investigation.
