OHIO — Governor Mike DeWine has ordered all flags to be flown at full staff in Ohio for the inauguration.

Flags throughout the country have been flying at half-staff since the death of former President Jimmy Carter on Dec. 29.

DeWine said Thursday that the flags of the United States and the state of Ohio would be raised to full staff at public buildings and grounds throughout the state on Jan. 20.
President-elect Donald Trump and Vice President-elect JD Vance, Middletown native, will be sworn into office on Monday in Washington D.C.
The flags throughout Ohio will return to half-staff on Jan. 21 until Jan. 28, DeWine said.
