Power restored to thousands after Sunday storms

Hundreds remain without power this morning following severe storms that came through the area Sunday evening.

Crews are working to restore power, and a state of emergency has been issued in the City of Celina. Utility crews are working throughout the night.

As of 5 a.m., the following outages remain:

Dayton Power and Light

• Montgomery County: 174
• Mercer County: 6
• Greene County: 26
• Preble County: 12
• Logan County: 8
• Warren County: 46
• Clinton, Miami, Champaign, and Shelby counties have a few outages.
