A culinary class fundraiser will take place on Thursday, Oct. 25 in Centerville.
An Evening of Culinary Education class will be held from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. at the Dorothy Lane Market Culinary Center, 6177 Far Hills Avenue, according to a release. It’s hosted by the Grandview Foundation and the DLM Culinary Center.
The class costs $95, with a $50 tax deductible, and all proceeds benefit the Eat Well: Be Well program culinary medicine class.
Guests will enjoy five courses prepared by DLM’s Chef Carrie while learning about Prescription for HealthEat Well: Be Well, an interdisciplinary program developed by a Grandview Medical Center physician and UD Dietetics professor, read the release.
