Crash leaves car on its side in a yard in Springfield

SPRINGFIELD — A crash at the intersection of East Rose Street and South Limestone Street left a car on its side at the intersection of East Rose Street and South Limestone Street.

When our photographer arrived on scene, he reported seeing the car on its side and that it had struck a 2- to 3-foot brick barrier outside of a home.

A man who said that he was the homeowner said that he had arrived home from a trip to Fairborn only to find a car in front of his house.

Scanner traffic said that the car had crashed into someone’s yard.
