HUBER HEIGHTS — Interstate 70 has been reopened after a flipped semi closed down all westbound lanes early Tuesday morning.

Just before 4:30 a.m. Huber Heights crews responded to I-70 Westbound near Brandt Pike on reports of a semi that had flipped on its side.

The semi overturned after being involved in a crash with another vehicle, according to Huber Heights Police.

The driver of the semi was taken to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.

The semi ended up on its side, blocking all three lanes of I-70 westbound.

I-70 Westbound was completely shut down for several hours while crews worked to remove the semi.

The interstate has since reopened to traffic.

The crash remains under investigation at this time.
