DAYTON, Ohio — A man was arrested by the Montgomery County RANGE Task Force after they served a search warrant on Tuesday, ending a long-term drug trafficking investigation.
Investigators said they raided a house in the 500 block of Gramont Avenue in Dayton and arrested Shannon Brooks, 46. He was booked into the Montgomery County Jail on charge of possession of drugs.
Detectives executed the search warrant and found large quantities of Fentanyl, crystal methamphetamine, cocaine, Fentanyl pills, cash, and recovered a firearm.
Additional charges are being considered against Brooks by the prosecutor’s office.
