Four children and two adults were inside a residence on West Bruce Avenue Monday night when someone riddled the house with bullets, according to a police report.
Offices responded to the house in the 0-100 block of West Bruce around 11:40 p.m. and discovered several holes in the front door and wall of the house.
One of the women at the residence was sleeping on the couch when she heard the gunshots, the report said.
Her four children and a female friend were upstairs when the gunfire was reported.
No injuries were reported and a witness told police a white truck with lawn equipment in the back of it was seen fleeing the scene at a high rate of speed, the report said.
