Officer John Davis said Johnson was involved with a previous burglary at the residence.

Court records show that he was indicted in April for a burglary that occurred between Feb. 25 and March 8 at the home. He has pleaded not guilty.

Johnson is being held in lieu of $250,000 bond in the Montgomery County Jail, where he has been locked up since his June 18 arrest.
