A Greenville man is charged with giving his son a heroin injection while he was in the hospital.
Police arrested Aaron York, 42, at his home after a nurse reported seeing him inject his 18-year-old son while he was a patient at Wayne Healthcare on Monday.
York is in the Darke County jail, facing corrupting another with drugs and drug trafficking charges.
The case will go before a grand jury Wednesday, Sept. 25.
