A 13-year-old boy is now in Logan County Juvenile Detention, accused of sexually assaulting two of his sisters.
A Bellefontaine police report indicates the two girls, an 8-year-old and 9-year-old, were raped and inappropriately touched multiple times by their older brother at their home in Bellefontaine.

A third sister, a 12-year-old, is listed as a witness on the report.
The boy is facing charges of rape of a victim under age 13; gross sexual imposition of a victim under age 13; and importuning of a victim under age 13.
The incident was first reported to Bellefontaine police May 17 by Nationwide Children's Hospital in Columbus. Subsequent interviews were held May 26.

When interviewed by police, the boy said his sisters "wanted him to have sex with them" but that he would not. But the boy later said he has had sex multiple times with two of his sisters, according to police.
The boy told officers he regrets touching two of his sisters because he got caught by his dad.
The boy also said his mother previously taught him how to put a condom on by using a plunger handle.
