CINCINNATI — The Cincinnati Reds organization has released instructions on how you can get a refund for season passes or for games canceled because of the coronavirus pandemic.
If you purchased tickets directly from the Reds or Tickets.com for any home game through May 28, 2020, you have options, the organization said via its website Wednesday afternoon.
For season ticket members: If you do nothing, you’ll be credited toward the renewal of your season tickets for the 2021 season. The credit will be equal to the purchase value of March, April and May games from 2020 tickets and parking passes.
Your second option is to ask for a refund. Go online to submit a request. Refunds will be available up to Sept. 20, according to the website.
For group tickets: If you do nothing, your account will be credited equal to the purchase value of your tickets and, when applicable, parking, Hall of Fame passes and All You Can Eat passes. This credit can be used for any 2020 or 2021 regular season home game.
The second option is to exchange your tickets for a different game that hasn’t been canceled. Contact your group sales representative about an exchange.
The third option is to request a refund by emailing Groups@reds.com. Refunds also will be available until Sept. 20.
For single games (including the pick 6 plan, flex ticket pack and holiday gift pack): If you do nothing, a credit will be applied to your account, which can be used for a future 2020-2021 game.
Your second option is to go online and request a refund between now and the Sept. 20 deadline.
