WRIGHT PATTERSON AIR FORCE BASE—Unseasonably warm temperatures will continue across the area under mostly sunny skies, according to Storm Center 7 Chief Meteorologist Eric Elwell.

High temperatures will jump to near 60 degrees by mid-afternoon. Some scattered clouds will begin to arrive tonight and thicken through the day Wednesday. With a bit more cloud cover, temperatures will drop a few degrees on Wednesday with highs expected in the lower to middle 50s.

The threat for showers will arrive by midday Thursday with temperatures dropping into the 40s by the end of the week.
