Venus, Jupiter & Mars are easy to find in the morning

A dry and clear stretch of days in early June will make planet-gazing easy this weekend! Get outside before sunrise between 5-6 a.m. and look to the east!

Shining brightly will be a lineup of Jupiter, Mars, and then Venus closer to the eastern horizon. Venus is a very bright planet followed by Jupiter, so the two will be easy to spot. Mars is dimmer, so the closer to sunrise, the faster it will fade out.
