UPDATE: 2 injured including 1 flown after crash on U.S. 68 in southern Clark County

MAD RIVER TWP., Clark County — Two people were injured, including one person who was flown from the scene after a crash on U.S. 68 near Young’s Jersey Dairy Monday morning, according to investigators.

The crash was reported around 11:10 a.m. on U.S. 68 and West Jackson Road, which is just north of Young’s Jersey Dairy.

A preliminary investigation found one vehicle ran a stop sign and collided into the other, investigators at the scene told our News Center 7 crew.

One person, who was flown from the scene by CareFlight medical helicopter suffered injuries later described as non-life threatening, investigators said. A second person was taken by ground ambulance to Soin Medical Center for treatment of non-life threatening injuries.
