CHARLOTTE, N.C. — The Carolina Panthers have lost outside linebacker Nic Scourton for the season after he suffered a torn ACL in his right knee on the first day of training camp on Thursday, according to a person familiar with the situation.
The person spoke to The Associated Press on condition of anonymity because the team has not yet announced the news.
