Two-dump truck crash kills one in Loramie Twp.

LORAMIE TWP. — One was pronounced dead at the scene of a two-vehicle crash reported around 6 a.m. at the intersection of Russia Versailles Road and State Route 66 in Loramie Township

The Shelby County Sheriff's Office arrived on scene and found a dump truck, driven by Joshua T. Mowen, 30, of Enon had struck the rear end of another dump truck, driven by William D. Moore, 29, of Fletcher.

The impact pushed Moore's truck into a utility pole, snapping it and causing live wires to come down.

Mowen was pronounced dead at the scene.

Both men worked for Hartzell Trucking of Houston, Ohio.

Multiple departments responded to and assisted on scene.
