MONTGOMERY COUNTY — A 19-year-old Brookville-man has been indicted by the Montgomery County Grand Jury for child pornography.
Jonathan D. Pearson, 19, of Brookville, was indicted on the following charges:
- 26 counts of pandering sexually oriented material involving a minor
- 13 counts of illegal use of minor in nudity-oriented material or performance
- 8 counts of pandering obscenity involving a minor
Multiple images of prepubescent and young children in sexually explicit poses were found on storage devices seized from Pearson’s residence, according to a release from the Montgomery County Prosecutor’s Office. The devices were seized during a search warrant that was executed on Dec. 7, 2020.
Pearson is scheduled to be arraigned on Feb. 25.
