Crews say the wreck happened at around 3:47 p.m. in Union Township at the intersection of U.S. 50 and Danville Road, O.H.S.P. said.
Fifty-year-old Jeremy Watson of Brown County was traveling north in a 2013 Jeep Wrangler on Danville Road when he failed to yield at a stop sign at the intersection of U.S. 50, hitting a 2013 Chevrolet pick-up truck and both vehicles overturned, our news partner WCPO in Cincinnati reports.
Watson was ejected from his vehicle and pronounced dead at the scene by the Highland County Coroner’s Office. OHSP said Watson was not wearing his seatbelt at the time of the crash, WCPO reports.
The driver of the pick-up truck, 57-year-old David West, suffered minor injuries.
The crash remains under investigation.
