DETAILED FORECAST

A shower or thunderstorm is still possible this evening and we’ll have a breezy period, with temps in the 70s, Storm Center 7 Meteorologist Rich Wirdzek said Thursday afternoon.

Tonight: Another round of rain, with some thunder, will be possible late. Lows in the mid-60s.

Friday: We'll have a period of dry weather in the morning, with more rain arriving late afternoon. A few thunderstorms will be possible as well. Highs in the mid-70s.

Friday night: Periods of rain will continue as an area of low pressure develops to our south, ushering in added moisture. Moderate to heavy rain is expected at times through the night, increasing the threat for some flooding. Lows in the low 60s.

Saturday: Heavy rain will continue at times in the morning before tapering, with the threat for flooding. The afternoon will be drier, but a passing shower is possible. There won't be much sun. Highs will reach the low 70s.

Sunday: Clouds and some sun. Highs in the mid-70s.

Monday: Scattered showers and a possible thunderstorm. Highs in the mid-70s.

Tuesday: Clouds and a little sun. We can't rule out a passing shower or thundershower. Highs in the upper 70s.
