SHELBY — The Sidney-Shelby County YMCA will be closing early tonight due to the excessive rain on Friday.
They will be closing its doors at 8 p.m.
“The Y’s Flood Gate has closed which requires our Y to close temporarily until situation is resolved,” the Sidney-Shelby County YMCA wrote in its Facebook page Friday.
The Sidney-Shelby County YMCA says the flood gate protects the Y when ground water levels get too high.
