Vehicle overturns on I-675, hospitalizes at least 1 in Greene Co.

GREENE COUNTY — At least one person was injured and subsequently hospitalized due to a crash on the interstate in Greene County early Sunday morning.

The Ohio State Highway Patrol, Greene County Sheriff’s Office, and Fairborn Police responded to a single-vehicle crash on Interstate 675 near state Route 444 at 5:33 a.m., dispatchers for state troopers confirmed.

Law enforcement agents responding to the scene reported that the vehicle overturned in the middle of the road.

The several policing agencies called to the scene helped to block all northbound lanes while the vehicle’s occupants were tended to and the wreckage was cleared from the highway.

At least one person reported injuries and was transported to Soin Medical Center for additional treatment. Crews remaining at the scene worked to determine if there were more injured victims.

The Ohio State Highway Patrol led the investigation into the crash.
