It will take place April 22 at the Rose Music Center from 9 a.m. until 1 p.m., according to the City of Huber Heights’ website.

Organizers are asking residents to bring their Styrofoam to the event.

Only white Styrofoam will be accepted and small pieces must brought in clear bags, the city said.

Event organizers are asking for no used food containers and those dropping off do not need to leave their vehicle as there will be volunteers on hand to assist in unloading.

The Styrofoam will be collected and processed by Eco Development and recycled into materials like surfboards, picture frames and polystyrene.
