SPRINGFIELD — The Ohio State Troopers arrested Steven Sheppeard, 45 from Springfield, for his fourth OVI offense.
According to a press release we received early Saturday from OSHP, Sheppeard was arrested for operating a vehicle while impaired.

Sheppeard was stopped in Springfield Township for weaving in and out of his lane.
Steven Sheppeard has previously been convicted of OVI 3 other times in the past eight years. Because of this, his charges have been elevated to a felony offense.
Sheppeard is set to appear in Clark County court on November 10.
