Springfield, Hamilton establishments cited for violating health orders

MIAMI VALLEY — The Ohio Investigative Unit cited two establishments in the Miami Valley overnight for violating health orders in place during the pandemic.

Taylor’s Tavern in Springfield was cited after investigators witnessed patrons purchasing and consuming alcohol after 11 p.m. on the establishment’s property.

The Grub Pub in Hamilton was also cited overnight after investigators visited the establishment and were able to purchase an alcoholic beverage at 11:18 p.m.

Four other establishments in Ohio were cited overnight:

• The Cove (Canton)
• Choukouya Resto Bar (Warrensville Heights)
• Double Barrel Bar & Grill (Tiffin)
• Joe’s Fish Market (Lakeside Marblehead)
