Brown spoke with 15 veterans to discuss the bipartisan pact act, which stands for the promise to address comprehensive toxins. President Biden signed it into law last year.

“400,000 veterans already have gotten care at the VA,” said Brown. “...That’s what this new law does, and it’s really important.”

He added the nation has a sacred duty to take care of troops when they come home... whether that be through college tuition or healthcare benefits.

“This law is the most comprehensive expansion of benefits for veterans who faced toxic exposure in our country’s history,” said Brown. “We’re working to get the word out to veterans across Ohio. If you were exposed to toxins while serving our country, you deserve the benefits you earned. Period. No exceptions.”
