SWAT standoff ends at Springfield house; woman in custody

A SWAT standoff on South Yellow Spring Street has ended with one woman in custody, said Springfield police.

INITIAL REPORT:

Police and SWAT are on scene of standoff at a residence on South Yellow Springs Street, according to Springfield police.

The incident was reported around 1:30 p.m. in the 2000 block.

South Yellow Springs Street is currently closed while crews work to get a woman who is reportedly suicidal out of the house, dispatch said.
